This article provides a step-by-step guide on how to access the interface's Support Portal if you already have access to Zoho Projects.
Getting Started
If you are an existing user of Zoho Projects, you can easily join the Support Portal through an invitation process. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth transition and access.
Steps to Join the Support Portal
1. Receive the Invitation
Once your Support Portal access is granted, you will receive an invitation email. This invitation will be sent by interface Support, to all Zoho Project users. Additional users may be included upon request.
2. Open the Invitation Email
Check your email inbox for an invitation from our interface staff. The subject line will be "interface.ai Support Portal Invitation"
3. Click on the Invitation Link
Open the email and click on the "Accept Invitation" link provided. This link will redirect you to
support.interface.ai
4. Sign In with Zoho Projects Credentials
On the Support Portal sign-in page, enter the same credentials that you use for Zoho Projects. Your username and password will be identical for both services.
Access the Support Portal
After signing in, you will be directed to the Support Portal home page. You now have access to our knowledge article and ticketing system.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues while joining the Support Portal, consider the following troubleshooting tips:
- Check Spam/Junk Folder: Ensure that the invitation email has not been filtered into your spam or junk email folders.
- Resend Invitation: If you did not receive the invitation, contact interface Support via Zoho Projects to resend the invitiation
- Correct Credentials: Make sure you are entering the correct Zoho Projects credentials. Double-check for any typing errors.
- Browser Compatibility: Ensure you are using the latest version of your browser for the best experience.
